The call for National and Local Coordinators for the 8th wave of the “Mind the Mind – to Combat the Stigma of Mental Disorders” is now open!
The “Mind the Mind – to Combat the Stigma of Mental Disorders” campaign is the biggest campaign of the Social Impact Initiative. Its aim is to educate secondary level students, together with the public, about mental health, and mental disorders, while decreasing negative beliefs and the stigma towards individuals affected by mental disorders. The stigma around mental disorders is a widespread phenomenon in Europe, which causes a lot of harm to the well-being of individuals and the society collectively.
EFPSA Social Impact Initiative (SII) is currently looking for National and Local Coordinators for the eighth wave of the “Mind the Mind” campaign.
We are looking for psychology students or graduates who have:
- Experience with event organising
- Effective communication
- Social awareness
- Social responsibility
By gathering a group of volunteers and implementing a meaningful campaign, YOU can help students understand complex topics such as mental health and mental health problems through the use of videos, role-play, games and discussions in the workshop.
