Call for EFPSA’s Executive Board 2021-2022!
EFPSA is pleased to announce the Call for positions within the Executive Board for the mandate 2021-2022. EFPSA’s Executive Board is made up of a variety of teams working on different aspects and projects within the Federation. EFPSA is looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals interested in contributing to the development of the Federation for a one year mandate!
This year, we have two applications: One for the position of a Coordinator, one for the position of a Responsible or a Team Member.
Before filling in your application, it is mandatory to read the Role Description for your position and General Prerequisites Document which applies to all members of the EFPSA Working Community.
We encourage you to contact the individual(s) holding the position(s) that you are interested in, in order to gain personal insight into the role and the associated duties and tasks. You can find the contact of a person currently holding your position in the Role Description.

Application
In order to apply for positions within the Executive Board of EFPSA, you will need the following documents:
- A copy of your CV;
- Proof of studies or proof of graduation within the last two academic years
- An additional document (This is only for the position of Content Review Responsible, Creative Writer & Editor, Photographer, Designer, Videographer, and Grants Coordinator/Responsible/Team Member ).
Important!
- Applications for the Executive Board of EFPSA must be from psychology students of a country/region
represented within EFPSA (check here: EFPSA Member Organisations); - Only psychology students or those who graduated from a psychology course no longer than two academic years ago are eligible for these positions
Application for a Coordinator (link)
The applications for the Coordinator position close on 21st April 2021 at 23:59 CEST.
Plan your time wisely, because the application can take up to one hour to fill in.
After the call closes, you will receive an email about the time of the interview.
The interviews for the Coordinators will take place on the 22nd of April, 2021 from 17:30 to 19:00 CEST. If elected, you will receive an email and get contacted by your Board Responsible. If elected, you will hold interviews for other positions of the office or service that you are applying as a Coordinator for. Those interviews will take place on 23rd April 2021 (from 11:30 to 21:00 CEST) and on 24th April 2021 (from 10:00 until 19:00 CEST).
You will also receive an email with your answers. If you do not receive an email for the interview until 22nd April, by 10:00 CEST, contact our Secretary General at secretary@efpsa.org.
Application for a Responsible or a Team Member (link)
The applications for a Responsible or a Team Member close on 22nd April 2021 at 23:59 CEST
Plan your time wisely, because the application can take up to one hour to fill in.
The interviews for the positions will take place on 23rd April 2021 (from 11:30 to 21:00 CEST) and on 24th April 2021 (from 10:00 until 19:00 CEST). You will be informed by the time of an interview by the morning of 23rd April 2021.
You will also receive an email with your answers. If you do not receive an email for the interview until 23rd April, by 10:00 CEST, contact our Secretary General at secretary@efpsa.org.
