The call for Local Coordinators for the 7th wave of the “Better Together“ Campaign is now open!
Better Together is one of the campaigns from the Social Impact Initiative. The project is oriented towards empowering youths for building more inclusive societies.
The campaign itself is envisioned to follow in the successful “Mind the Mind” path with a cycle of 4 workshops focused on tackling common misconceptions which ultimately lead to discrimination. By educating secondary level students on the basic concepts behind prejudice, stereotypes and discrimination and addressing different types of discrimination we hope to raise empathy and consequently create a more positive attitude towards building a more inclusive society. The workshops will be organised with the help of local volunteers.
That is where we need YOU. We as EFPSA’s Social Impact Initiative (SII) are currently looking for Local Coordinators for the seventh wave of the “Better Together” campaign.
We are looking for psychology students or graduates who have:
- Experience with event organising
- Effective communication
- Social awareness
- Social responsibility
By gathering a group of volunteers and implementing a meaningful campaign, YOU can help decrease discrimination and increase social inclusion, by educating high-school students about discrimination and its prevention through a cycle of interactive workshops.
